Belonging to Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE)-1993 Exam batch, Shri Vineet Pandey is an alumnus of Malviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur. After completing his Electrical Engineering he has worked at various organisations including Rajasthan Electricity Board, Central Electricity Authority, RITES, SAIL, NMDC and Indian Railways.

He possesses about 31 years of administrative and technical experienced gained while working in various capacities at field level which include:

• Corporate Coordination.
• Vigilance Administration including Maintenance Probity, Integrity & Efficiency.
• Project Engineering, Contract management and System Integration.
• Energy Management and Green-Energy Initiatives.
• System and sub-system design of Modern EMU and Interfaces.
• Production of locomotive for passengers and freight operations.
• Testing & commissioning including prototype tests.

His experience makes him particularly adept at Vigilance administration, corporate coordination; developing operating process as well as delivering robust output plans. He has attended modules on ‘Leadership, Business Innovation & Scenario Thinking Program’ at ICLIF, Kuala-Lumpur, on Customer Strategies at INSEAD, Singapore and ‘Strategic Management Program’ at ISB Mohali. He has also attended ‘Advanced Training in Vigilance Investigation at SVPNPA, Hyderabad and ‘Preventive Vigilance Programme’ at NFSU, Gandhinagar.
